Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and register patients, issue queue tickets, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Attend to front counter enquiries, billing matters, and cashiering duties.
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including follow-up visits and required investigations.
- Manage doctors' appointment templates and assist with appointment changes or rescheduling.
- Respond to patient enquiries and feedback professionally, working closely with the relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare clinic administrative reports and support daily clinic operations.
- Liaise with doctors, nurses, and internal teams to facilitate seamless patient care.
- Perform end-of-day counter reconciliation and closing procedures.
- Contribute ideas to enhance service quality and improve the overall patient experience.
Requirements
- Minimum N, O or A Levels, or Diploma qualification.
- Training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build experience in healthcare administration.
- Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months.
- Available to commence work within a short notice period.
