Job Summary

Join RILICO as a Sales Executive / Manager (Formwork System / Components / Construction) to drive business growth by delivering innovative formwork system solutions. Provide technical expertise and sales leadership to clients, contractors, and consultants across Singapore and the region.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and client relationships within the construction sector to expand market presence
  • Promote and sell formwork systems and components to contractors, builders, and engineering firms, achieving sales targets
  • Provide technical support by designing solutions, reviewing drawings, and conducting site consultations to ensure project success
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients and support sales efforts
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prepare detailed proposals, layout plans, and coordinate delivery schedules
  • Track project progress and provide responsive after-sales service to maintain client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Contribute to market development strategies in Singapore and the region to support sustained business growth

Required competencies and certifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or B2B sales, preferably in formwork systems or construction materials
  • Solid knowledge of formwork systems and construction site operations to provide effective technical guidance
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office and similar software to manage sales documentation and presentations
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Relevant working experience in Singapore markets to navigate local industry dynamics

Other Information

  • Salary range: $4,000 - 6,000 base salary plus performance-based commission
