The Role

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Sales Engagement (Consultative / Account-Facing)

  • Lead sustainability-focused customer engagements, briefings, and workshops (virtual and in-person)
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers on sustainability strategies, reporting, and solutions
  • Support key accounts and strategic opportunities with a consultancy mindset
  • Partner with account teams to embed sustainability into customer value propositions and account plans
  • Represent HP sustainability in customer meetings, partner engagements, and industry events

Sales Support & Deal Enablement

  • Support strategic RFPs, RFIs, and major deals with sustainability expertise
  • Act as the subject matter expert on sustainability requirements and customer expectations
  • Provide escalation support for complex customer sustainability queries
  • Review and strengthen sustainability messaging in proposals and sales materials

Go-to-Market & Strategy Execution

  • Support development and execution of sustainability go-to-market strategies across SEA + ANZ
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to shape offerings, solutions, and campaigns
  • Contribute to sustainability-led campaigns, customer success stories, and regional initiatives
  • Act as a regional sustainability expert supporting internal stakeholders and leadership

Sales Enablement & Capability Building

  • Develop and deliver sales training and enablement programs
  • Build and support a network of sustainability champions across sales teams
  • Identify capability gaps and drive training programs to upskill account teams
  • Define engagement models and SLAs with commercial teams

Cross-Regional & Global Collaboration

  • Represent Asia markets in global sustainability workstreams
  • Contribute to development of new sustainability solutions and tools
  • Share best practices and insights across regions
  • Support reporting, metrics, and executive updates

Location

  • Based at HP’s Singapore office
  • Regional scope: Southeast Asia (primary), ANZ, with selective support across broader Asia
  • Travel required across the region for customer engagements and events

Requirements & essential skills

Experience & Expertise

  • ~8+ years of experience, ideally in sustainability, consulting, account management, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of sustainability topics (e.g., climate, circularity, reporting frameworks, supply chain)
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers or complex B2B environments

Core Capabilities

  • Consultative selling / advisory mindset with strong customer engagement skills
  • Ability to translate sustainability into business value and commercial outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior audiences
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (customer-facing)
  • Strategic thinking with ability to execute in complex, fast-paced environments

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in account management, pre-sales, or solution consulting roles
  • Strong project management across cross-functional and international teams
  • Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes with minimal supervision
  • Experience working across diverse cultures and markets

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (sustainability, environmental, business, or related fields preferred)
  • Fluent in English (additional Asian languages a plus)
  • Willingness to travel regionally
