Graduate Trainee (Associate Scientist), Nutrition Science

Primary Function

  • Work under guidance of Senior Scientist(s) to synthesize scientific evidence, strategize scientific communications, and provide brand support for the pediatric brands

Major Responsibilities

  • Conduct literature reviews and summarize data and insights to help identify knowledge gaps and address scientific questions

  • Support the development of communication materials for consumers and healthcare professionals

  • Support the development and preparation of substantiation for product claims

  • Analyze the competitive landscape and provide appropriate updates and recommendations

  • Manage internal knowledge databases

  • Propose and implement methods to improve workflow and processes

  • Assist in selected nutrition research projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in a related field such as Nutrition, Dietetics, Life Sciences, or Public Health

  • Prior internship experience in Nutrition/Clinical Science

  • Basic knowledge in food and nutritional sciences, with basic understanding of statistics

  • Strong technical writing skills

  • Good presentation and communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally

  • Competent in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with PowerBI and data analytics is an advantage
