Role Description

The Social Media Marketing Intern is a full-time on-site role. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing content for social media platforms to showcase Paper Carpenter’s projects and brand story. The intern will assist in managing social media calendars, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to support marketing objectives. Day-to-day tasks include supporting digital campaigns, collaborating with designers on visual content, and engaging with online communities in a professional and inclusive manner. The intern may also contribute ideas for new campaigns, trends, and storytelling formats that align with the company’s creative and eco-focused identity.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support online campaigns and brand visibility.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to plan, produce, and optimize engaging posts.
• Candidates should ideally be familiar with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and basic analytics tools.
• Candidates should demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and an interest in design, sustainability, or visual storytelling.
• Candidates should be able to work collaboratively on-site in Bedok and manage tasks independently with guidance from the team.
