We're Hiring: HR Administrator (Onboarding & Offboarding)!
Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on onboarding and offboarding processes. This role will play a key part in ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle experience while maintaining accurate HR records and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage employee onboarding from contract signing to successful integration
- Handle offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and exit procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems
- Support HR administration across HRIS, benefits, insurance, and reporting
- Prepare HR documents such as employment letters and employee correspondence
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries
- Monitor and follow up on HR system tickets and requests
- Assist with HR reports and data management to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support benefits administration and liaise with internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Participate in HR projects and process improvements as needed
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar
- Minimum 3 years of HR administration or employee services experience
- Experience in onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
- Experience in fast-paced or customer-facing environments is an advantage
