We're Hiring: HR Administrator (Onboarding & Offboarding)!

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on onboarding and offboarding processes. This role will play a key part in ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle experience while maintaining accurate HR records and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage employee onboarding from contract signing to successful integration
  • Handle offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and exit procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems
  • Support HR administration across HRIS, benefits, insurance, and reporting
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment letters and employee correspondence
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries
  • Monitor and follow up on HR system tickets and requests
  • Assist with HR reports and data management to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Support benefits administration and liaise with internal/external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvements as needed

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar
  • Minimum 3 years of HR administration or employee services experience
  • Experience in onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
  • Experience in fast-paced or customer-facing environments is an advantage
