Job Summary
Independently performing deployment of tugboats to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management - Assigning tugs to specific vessels based on MPA guidelines and availability, ensuring efficient resource utilisation
- Maintaining communication with tug master, pilot, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth safe operation and coordination
- Continuously monitoring operation, adjusting plans as and when required, creation of work completion report
- Monitor service level and upkeep of customer satisfaction
Required Education & Qualifications
- GCE “O” / NITEC / SPM Form 5 equivalent
Requirements & Preferences
- Familiarity with Singapore port operations and information.
- Understanding of Singapore port systems and procedures.
- Candidates with prior port agency knowledge and experience will be preferred.
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts, including on public holidays.
- Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided to those with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
- WIlling to be based in Pandan Location.
