Part-Time Customer Service Assistant

Job Description & Requirements

-Respond to customer service-related queries/requests.

-Recommendation of music courses, enrolment, fees collection.

-Perform general administrative duties.

-Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management.

-Assist in statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue,student intake/drop out, etc.

Requirements

-Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level

-Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel

-Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills

-Able to work 3 to 4 days a week including Saturday and Sunday; Duration : 5 to 9.5 hrs

-Able to work "retail hours" (nights and weekends)
