In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities
- Lead the Testing Center of Excellence (COE) for Group Operations, driving regression and LV testing automation
- Pilot and implement UAT automation initiatives
- Manage the complete, end-to-end tracking of the AI-Powered SDLC framework for all applications in Group Operations: GOCC, CBWMO, IBGO, and GFMO
- Maintain a consolidated view of Group Operations status, milestones, risks, and dependencies Produce executive-ready dashboards and progress reports for senior leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in software testing and automation
- Proven track record in leading and managing a team of testing professionals
- Expertise in designing and implementing testing strategies, including regression, LV, and UAT automation
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
