Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. This is done through strategic focus on training and improving staff capability, empowerment, productivity, teamwork, innovation & technology, managing operational risks & strongly collaborating with our business partners in delivering excellent RED service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Testing Center of Excellence (COE) for Group Operations, driving regression and LV testing automation
• Pilot and implement UAT automation initiatives
• Manage the complete, end-to-end tracking of the AI-Powered SDLC framework for all applications in Group Operations: GOCC, CBWMO, IBGO, and GFMO
• Maintain a consolidated view of Group Operations status, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Produce executive-ready dashboards and progress reports for senior leadership

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in software testing and automation
• Proven track record in leading and managing a team of testing professionals
• Expertise in designing and implementing testing strategies, including regression, LV, and UAT automation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
