Senior HR Executive, Talent Development, Engagement and Communications

About the Role

Drive talent development, employee engagement, and internal communications to strengthen organisational capability and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Development and Learning

o Partner with business leaders to identify development needs

o Design and implement learning initiatives (leadership, functional, behavioural)

o Support succession planning and talent review processes

o Drive execution of annual training and development roadmap

2. Employee Engagement

o Lead employee engagement initiatives and action planning

o Support engagement surveys (e.g. Viva Glint) and follow-up actions

o Design programmes to improve culture, retention, and employee experience

3. Employee Communications

o Develop and manage internal HR communications

o Ensure consistent messaging aligned with organisational priorities

o Support change communication for transformation initiatives

4. Programme Management

o Drive cross-functional HR programmes (e.g. onboarding experience, culture initiatives)

o Track programme effectiveness and provide management reporting

o Facilitate workshops, townhall inputs, and employee-focused initiatives

5. Governance & Reporting

o Maintain proper documentation for L&D and engagement initiatives

o Track KPIs (engagement scores, training impact, programme participation)

o Ensure alignment with HR policies and governance standards

1. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2. 3–5 years of experience in HR, with focus on L&D / engagement

3. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

4. Good stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

6. Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

7. Ability to work independently and drive recruitment/training initiatives with minimal supervision

8. Experience in managing stakeholders across multiple business units or regions
