Job Summary

Conduct group tuition for English language students, following provided teaching guides, tracking attendance and progress, and communicating effectively with parents to support student development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group tuition sessions for English language students at both standard and foundation levels, following the prescribed teaching guide
• Update student attendance records daily to ensure accurate tracking of participation
• Prepare and submit monthly progress reports to monitor and communicate student development
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to parents regarding their child’s learning progress and areas for improvement
• Manage classrooms of up to 12 students, maintaining discipline and engagement throughout lessons
• Apply effective classroom management techniques to support students with diverse behavioral needs, ensuring they remain focused and seated
• Demonstrate patience and balance discipline with encouragement to foster a positive learning environment
• Communicate clearly and build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues to support educational outcomes
• Commit to working at the designated West location and adhere to scheduled Tuesday evening sessions starting in July

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a diploma or degree qualification
• Achieved a good grade in English language proficiency
