Job Title: Junior Support Executive (Times HR System)

Employment Type: Full-time, Contract (2 years, renewable for 1 year)

Salary Range: SGD 4550 -5000 per month

Location:  Singapore (On-site as required)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Support Executive to join our support team for a prestigious educational institution using Times HR Software. This role provides first-level support and administrative assistance, allowing senior engineers to focus on complex technical work. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Level 1 Support: Handle initial user inquiries via telephone and email, providing basic guidance and troubleshooting. Log all interactions in the support ticketing system and follow up on resolutions.

  • Administrative Support: Assist in creating and maintaining support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles. Track and manage support tickets.

  • Routine System Maintenance: Assist with system updates, user account management (e.g., password resets, user creation), and routine system health checks.

  • General Support: Monitor support mailbox, direct queries to appropriate team members, and assist with training coordination.

  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a software support or administrative role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

  • Good PC skills, knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).

  • Exposure to payroll/HR applications or CRM/support ticketing systems is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Patient, friendly, and helpful personality.

  • Positive attitude, eager to learn, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
