Company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator / Accounts Assistant to join our team.
This role primarily supports sales administration, order processing, shipping coordination and customer service.
Candidates with accounting knowledge or experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Monthly Salary
S$3,000 – S$4,000 (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator / Accounts Assistant to join our team.
This role primarily supports sales administration, order processing, shipping coordination and customer service. Candidates with accounting knowledge or experience are highly encouraged to apply, as there may be opportunities to take on additional accounting responsibilities and be considered for permanent employment after the contract period.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Order Processing
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Check product availability, pricing and delivery schedules with factories.
Prepare and maintain sales orders using the company's order management system and SAP.
Issue order confirmations and provide customers with timely order status updates.
Order Fulfilment & Logistics
Coordinate production schedules and inventory availability with factories.
Arrange deliveries and monitor order fulfilment.
Liaise with warehouses and freight forwarders to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
Process customers' shipping instructions.
Prepare shipping documentation, including Sales Invoices and Packing Lists.
Administrative & Accounting Support
Follow up on customer payments when required.
Record Accounts Payable (AP) transactions and maintain related records.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of sales and shipping records.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Communication
Work closely with customers, factories, warehouses and logistics partners.
Resolve order-related issues and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting or a related discipline is preferred.
Experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Order Processing, Logistics or Administration is preferred.
Candidates with accounting knowledge or experience will have an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience using SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and Incoterms is preferred.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Able to work independently, prioritise tasks and perform in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
