Job Title:  Senior Support Specialist (Times HR System)

Employment Type: Full-time, Contract (2 years, renewable for 1 year)

Salary Range:  SGD 5,000 – 6,500 per month

Location:  Singapore (On-site as required)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Support Specialist with deep expertise in Times HR Software to serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a prestigious educational institution. In this role, you will resolve complex technical and functional issues, manage system configurations, and support critical payroll and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advanced Technical Support: Act as the highest level of technical escalation for issues related to Times Payroll, Leave, Claims, Appraisal, and other modules. Diagnose and resolve complex system glitches and data discrepancies.

  • System & Payroll Support: Support payroll processing cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations. Manage system configurations, user permissions, and reporting.

  • Expert Guidance & Training: Provide expert guidance to the HR department on best practices. Lead user training sessions and create training documentation.

  • Product & Statutory Updates: Manage the application of product updates, including changes related to statutory boards. Ensure Bank GIRO formats are updated as required.

  • Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

  • Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR/Payroll software support, with proven, deep expertise in Times Software or similar HCM platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle HCM).

  • Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of payroll and HR processes in Singapore (CPF, IRAS, MOM regulations).

  • Proficient in troubleshooting software issues, system configuration, and data analysis.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). SQL knowledge is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to explain complex technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
