Project Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities
- To assist the Sales Team in the preparation and submission of pre and post sales documentation
- To assist the Project Teams in the preparation and submission of pre and post project documentation (eg. OMM, handover list) and drawings (eg. shop drawings, as-built drawings)
- To assist in the end-to-end procurement process for project orders, including sourcing vendors, requesting quotations, and issuing Purchase Orders
- To organize and track project logistics
- To undertake ad-hoc assignments and related duties as and when required
- Must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project administration preferred.Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Software knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
- Software knowledge of CAD will be an added advantage (eg. AutoCAD / BricsCAD / SketchUp).
- Knowledge of Audio Visual / Electrical / Mechanical / IT projects is preferred.
- Team player and can work independently.
- Drive to exceed expectations and to deliver excellence.
