Project Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • To assist the Sales Team in the preparation and submission of pre and post sales documentation
  • To assist the Project Teams in the preparation and submission of pre and post project documentation (eg. OMM, handover list) and drawings (eg. shop drawings, as-built drawings)
  • To assist in the end-to-end procurement process for project orders, including sourcing vendors, requesting quotations, and issuing Purchase Orders
  • To organize and track project logistics
  • To undertake ad-hoc assignments and related duties as and when required
  • Must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project administration preferred.Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Software knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
  • Software knowledge of CAD will be an added advantage (eg. AutoCAD / BricsCAD / SketchUp).
  • Knowledge of Audio Visual / Electrical / Mechanical / IT projects is preferred.
  • Team player and can work independently.
