CLINIC ASSISTANT

Job Title: Clinic Assistant (TCM) – Near Lavender or NH MRT

Salary: $1,200 - $1,800 / month (Depending on experience & capability)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible)

We are an established Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic looking for a dedicated and responsible Clinic Assistant to join our team. Conveniently located just a short walk from Lavender or NH MRT station, we offer a supportive working environment with negotiable working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Physician Support: Assist the TCM physician during patient treatments, including applying heating pads, putting on medicinal patches, and taking instructions closely.

• Front Desk & Scheduling: Handle patient registration, manage appointments efficiently to optimise clinic hours, and schedule bookings based on clinical indications.

• Dispensary Management: Sort, pack, and dispense TCM medication accurately according to the physician's prescriptions.

• Admin & Housekeeping: Utilise basic computer skills for data entry and patient registration, and maintain basic cleanliness of the clinic premises.

Requirements

• Eligibility: Singaporeans or Permanent Residents (PR) only.

• Skills: Basic computer literacy. Comfort with hands-on patient care (e.g., applying patches/heat pads). Experience in TCM is an advantage, but training will be provided.

• Attributes: Organised, reliable, and attentive to instructions.

Work Hours

• Weekdays: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
