We are looking for a motivated and responsible Office Administrative Intern to support our daily office operations and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and business documents.
- Perform data entry and maintain company records.
- Organise and maintain filing systems.
- Respond to WhatsApp, email, and phone enquiries professionally.
- Support basic social media updates and document preparation.
- Maintaining Employee Records
- Perform general office administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed ITE, Polytechnic, or University studies.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Responsible, positive, and willing to learn.
- No prior experience required. Training will be provided.
