Admin Assistant (6 months contract)

Join a dynamic team as a Personal Assistant on a 6-month contract, offering a supportive role that enhances office efficiency and client relations.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure seamless office operations, including filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
- Deliver secretarial functions such as managing calendars, client follow-ups, and arranging travel bookings.
- Assist with the creation of marketing emails, greeting cards, and various presentations and reports.
- Prepare necessary documents for clients and manage the submission of forms for clients and consultants.
- Liaise with stakeholders and management to address additional tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum Nitec or Diploma in any field of study.
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role or similar function.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capacity to effectively juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in the use of standard office software and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and completing tasks.
