Job Summary

Drive business growth by identifying and securing new sales opportunities while managing existing customer relationships. Collaborate with operations to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Prepare accurate and persuasive quotations and proposals tailored to customer needs to support sales efforts
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
  • Represent the company at networking events to generate leads and enhance brand presence
  • Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery and resolve issues promptly

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in sales roles demonstrating ability to meet targets and manage client relationships
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to engage customers and stakeholders clearly
  • Self-motivation to proactively drive sales activities and overcome challenges independently
  • Possession of a Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage for business travel and client visits
