Logistics Project Manager – Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics projects to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans while monitoring project progress.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Monitor inventory, warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities to meet project requirements.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable logistics and safety regulations.
- Prepare project reports, performance analyses, budgets, and documentation for management and clients.
- Lead and supervise project teams, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring to achieve project objectives.
- Implement process improvements and technology solutions to enhance logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- Resolve operational issues, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
