Job scope

Proactively achieve personal and department revenue and profit targets
Generate and identify sales leads
Arrange meetings and sales presentations with potential customers
Prepare quotations and preliminary system design
Negotiate and sign contracts in accordance with sales goals
Maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects
Provide ideas and suggestions to improve sales results, reputation, and market share
Enhance the company's brand name and image through sales and marketing channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies
Maintain a high level of knowledge in security concepts and systems to provide client consultation
Assist with project management, site meetings, and client liaison as necessary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of hands-on sales experience (security-related preferred)
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and demonstrated multi-tasking ability
Demonstrated influencing skills
Strong ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members
