Production Quality Controller

Key Responsibilities
Perform in-process and final quality inspections on beauty, skincare, cosmetic, and wellness products.
Check product appearance, packaging condition, labeling accuracy, batch numbers, and expiry dates.
Identify defects such as leakage, contamination, damage, incorrect labeling, or packaging discrepancies.
Ensure production output complies with quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Record inspection findings and prepare quality control reports.
Work closely with production, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Assist in handling non-conforming products, rework activities, and corrective actions.
Maintain proper QC documentation and inspection records.
Ensure products are handled and stored appropriately to maintain product quality and integrity.
Requirements
Minimum GCE N/O Level, NITEC, or Diploma in any discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in Quality Control, Production QC, Quality Assurance, Product Inspection, Manufacturing, FMCG, Cosmetics, Beauty, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Products industries will be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Basic computer literacy and ability to complete inspection reports.
Able to work independently and follow established QC procedures.
Knowledge of beauty, skincare, cosmetic, or wellness products will be beneficial.
