HR & Admin Assistant

- Assist in arranging interview and coordinating with team and external vendors
- Assisting in updating and maintaining employees' personal records
- Responsible to administer employee payroll, leave, attendance and claims
- Assist in all new application of work passes including renewal and cancellation work passes matters.
- Assist in preparation of employment contracts
- Ad-hoc related duties as assigned by HR Department.
- Comfortable in managing in between 200 to 400 employees and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft office ( Eg. Microsoft excel and words)
- Good if have relevant year of human resources and administration related experience.
