HR & Admin Assistant

  • Assist in arranging interview and coordinating with team and external vendors
  • ⁠Assisting in updating and maintaining employees' personal records
  • Responsible to administer employee payroll, leave, attendance and claims
  • Assist in all new application of work passes including renewal and cancellation work passes matters.
  • ⁠Assist in preparation of employment contracts
  • Ad-hoc related duties as assigned by HR Department.
  • Comfortable in managing in between 200 to 400 employees and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office ( Eg. Microsoft excel and words)
  • Good if have relevant year of human resources and administration related experience.
