Social Media Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Officer to manage our social media platforms and create engaging content that strengthens our brand, increases customer engagement, and supports marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Lemon8, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
• Create and publish photos, videos, and written content.
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Respond to customer comments and messages promptly.
• Support promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
• Track performance and prepare basic monthly reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (F&B or hospitality experience is an advantage).
• Good photography, videography, and content creation skills.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Creative, organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience in food and lifestyle content creation.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and social media analytics.
• Familiarity with AI content creation tools is a plus.
