Summary of role

We are looking for a responsible, organized and proactive individual to support management in improving company workflow, documentation, reporting and project coordination.

The role requires someone who enjoys understanding how a business operates, working with different departments, organizing information clearly and helping management follow through on improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist management in reviewing and documenting work processes.

- Support preparation of job scopes, workflow records and internal documents.

- Coordinate with different departments to gather information and follow up tasks.

- Prepare reports, summaries, presentations and data analysis.

- Support business improvement, digitalization and operational projects.

- Assist in research, grant applications and project documentation.

- Maintain proper records and ensure information is organized and updated.

- Support management on assigned projects and administrative matters.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Operations or related field.

- Good communication and writing skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

- Organized, detail-oriented and willing to learn.

- Able to work independently and follow through on tasks.

- Comfortable working with people across different departments.

- Experience in project coordination, administration, marketing or business support will be an advantage.
