The Supply Chain Executive is responsible for managing customer service operations, order fulfilment, logistics coordination and warehouse-related activities across APAC markets. The role serves as a key liaison between customers, commercial teams, logistics partners and supply chain stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery and operational execution. The incumbent will support inventory management, logistics performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Make an Impact
Manage customer orders from order receipt through invoicing and delivery.
Act as primary contact for customer enquiries, order status updates and issue resolution.
Coordinate with commercial teams, finance, marketing, freight forwarders and warehouse providers to ensure OTIF delivery.
Monitor order fulfilment performance and proactively resolve service issues.
Support stock allocation and replenishment activities.
Support inventory reporting and operational KPI tracking.
Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory and internal control requirements.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to improve service, efficiency and cost performance.
Provide operational support for CBP and Supply Chain review meetings.
Coordinate daily logistics and warehouse activities with 3PL partners.
Monitor inventory levels and support monthly stock reconciliation, cycle counts and annual stock take activities.
Manage inbound shipments and warehouse receipts.
Validate logistics and warehouse invoices for payment processing.
Support freight and warehousing cost tracking and cost optimization initiatives.
Coordinate product rework, repacking and disposal activities where required.
Support RFQ and logistics improvement initiatives.
Your Talent and Skills
Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistitcs or a related field
Experience in customer service or supply chain operations, preferrably in the FMCG or comsumer goods industry
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (especially excel); experience with SAP, incontrems, and export documentation is highly advantageous
Fluent in English, Mandarin proficiency is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
