Marketing Manager

· Develop and implement integrated marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across all our F&B brands in Singapore.

· Lead and manage all aspects of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and public relations.

· Plan and execute group-level and outlet-specific marketing activities, promotions, collaborations, and events.

· Work closely with operations and culinary teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and seasonal offerings.

· Manage and monitor marketing budgets, ROI, and reporting.

· Oversee external agencies, designers, influencers, and media partners to ensure timely and quality execution of campaigns.

· Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility and customer reach.

· Lead loyalty, CRM, and customer database initiatives to improve retention and drive repeat visits.

· Organize and execute corporate and group events, media tastings, launches, and private events.

· Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging channels to keep the brands relevant and competitive.

Requirements

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle marketing.

· Strong knowledge of the Singapore F&B market and consumer behavior.

· Proven track record in managing digital marketing, social media, PR, and event management.

· Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Creative, hands-on, and resourceful with a keen eye for detail and branding.

· Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

· Proficiency in marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic design skills will be an advantage.
