Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project services, site administration, document control, or project support within construction, marine, offshore, oil & gas, EPC, or industrial projects.
  • Proven experience coordinating logistics, deliveries, site operations, and project support activities.
  • Good understanding of document control processes, revision management, and project documentation systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a shipyard environment will be an advantage.
