QA Engineer (Manufacturing)

Deployment of Corrective & Preventive Action System, including verification of effectiveness of actions taken.
Lead or attend Materials Review Board (MRB) to assure only quality of products to be shipped.
Customer claim handling.
Quality data reporting: Process / Product capability reporting (internal / external).
Work with relevant departments to ensure CofC reporting is meeting customer requirements.
Internal process and system audits.
Participation in customer audits.
Contributions to continuous improvement activities in support of company goals.

Degree in Engineering, preferably in Physics or Chemistry background.
Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in implementation of SPC and QA control measures in semiconductor environment.
Strong in statistical techniques and use of statistical tools.
Knowledge in use of quality tools – FMEA, SPC, DOE, PPAP, APQP, MSA
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Implementation of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949), with audit experience.
Proficient in using PC / Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) / SQL.
