Purpose & Scope

The incumbent support day-to-day HR Business Partnering activities, ensuring that business needs are translated into well-structured inputs, and that HR actions are executed efficiently and consistently across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

1. HRBP Support

  • Prepare inputs and materials for HRBP discussions with business
  • Track action items and follow-ups from stakeholder meetings
  • Coordinate across HR and business teams on ongoing HR matters
  • Track employee movements (promotion, transfer, conversion)

2. Organisation Support

  • Update organisation charts and team structures
  • Track changes to roles, reporting lines, and team setups
  • Support basic analysis of team structures

3. Data & Reporting

  • Maintain headcount and workforce movement trackers
  • Prepare simple summaries (e.g. team composition, movement trends)
  • Ensure consistency across data sources

4. Coordination & Process Support

  • Follow up on hiring requests, talent submissions, and HR deliverables
  • Coordinate with HRBPs, business stakeholders, and COEs
  • Support smooth execution of HR cycles

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
  • 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist environment
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to structure and synthesise information into clear outputs (e.g. slides, summaries, trackers)
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and execution discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
