Quality Executive (II)

ROLE DESCRIPTION

  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering ISO 9001, ISO 41001, ISO 22301, and ISO 27001.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable ISO standards.
  • Perform internal audits, compliance checks, and support external audits; track and verify corrective and / or preventive actions.
  • Monitor quality performance, analyse data and trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in reviewing processes and workflows to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Maintain proper documentation control, including procedures, records, and revisions.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on IMS-related matters.
  • Prepare reports and data for management review and / or client requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, projects, and tender/bidding activities.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline from a recognised institution
  • Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 41001, 22301, 27001) preferred
  • Preferably ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certified
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and process good problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work well in a team
  • Has a good safety mindset and display good WSH behaviour
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
