Assistant Project Manager (M&E / Facilities)

Role Overview

This role supports the execution of facilities and M&E projects across multiple sites. You will work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth coordination, timely delivery, and proper handover of project works into maintenance operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support execution of facilities projects across maintenance and upgrading works

  • Coordinate between ops team, contractors, and vendors

  • Ensure works are aligned with site operational requirements (not just technical)

  • Track progress, highlight risks, and follow through on action items

  • Review drawings, scope, and ensure practical execution on site

  • Support procurement and vendor coordination

  • Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover to operations team

  • Prepare reports and updates for management

What We’re Looking For

  • Engineering background (Mechanical / Building Services preferred)

  • 2+ years hands-on experience in M&E / facilities / construction

  • Comfortable working on site and coordinating with multiple parties

  • Able to balance technical requirements with operational practicality

  • Good follow-up and coordination skills

Good to Have

  • Exposure to ACMV / HVAC systems

  • Experience in M&E coordination or project execution

  • Familiar with AutoCAD / Revit or equivalent
