Assistant Project Manager (M&E / Facilities)

Role Overview
This role supports the execution of facilities and M&E projects across multiple sites. You will work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth coordination, timely delivery, and proper handover of project works into maintenance operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support execution of facilities projects across maintenance and upgrading works
Coordinate between ops team, contractors, and vendors
Ensure works are aligned with site operational requirements (not just technical)
Track progress, highlight risks, and follow through on action items
Review drawings, scope, and ensure practical execution on site
Support procurement and vendor coordination
Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover to operations team
Prepare reports and updates for management
What We’re Looking For
Engineering background (Mechanical / Building Services preferred)
2+ years hands-on experience in M&E / facilities / construction
Comfortable working on site and coordinating with multiple parties
Able to balance technical requirements with operational practicality
Good follow-up and coordination skills
Good to Have
Exposure to ACMV / HVAC systems
Experience in M&E coordination or project execution
Familiar with AutoCAD / Revit or equivalent
