Role Overview
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operational management of the Lion City Sailors Women's Team and provide administrative support for the Club's Girls Academy Programme.
Women's Team – Team Manager
- Manage the daily operational requirements of the Women's Team.
- Coordinate training sessions, matchday logistics, and team travel arrangements.
- Liaise with coaches, players, medical staff, match officials.
- Prepare and submit player registrations, and other competition-related requirements.
- Coordinate accommodation, transport, and other logistical arrangements for domestic and overseas competitions.
- Manage team equipment and operational inventory.
- Assist with budgeting, procurement, and expense tracking relating to team operations.
Girls Academy Programme – Administrator
- Provide administrative support for the Club's Girls Academy Programme.
- Coordinate player registrations, attendance records, and programme documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents and guardians regarding administrative matters.
- Support scheduling of training sessions, fixtures, tournaments, and events.
- Coordinate communication with coaches, players, schools, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in organising academy events, player assessments, and development activities.
- Maintain player databases and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Support safeguarding, compliance, and operational processes within the academy.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Previous experience in football operations, team management, sports administration, or event coordination is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays to support training sessions and matches.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Passion for women's football and youth player development.
