Project Engineer

DIGO CORPORATION PTE. LTD.

Oversee and maintain all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems in the facility.
Supervise and guide the M&E team in daily operations and maintenance works.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct site inspections for M&E and facilities works.
Ensure preventive maintenance, projects, and SOPs are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Troubleshoot system faults and provide effective, sustainable, and cost-efficient solutions.
Prepare accurate reports, documentation, and maintenance records.
Manage site operations, manpower deployment, and workflow planning.
Conduct regular meetings with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
Liaise with vendors and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of equipment issues.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or M&E systems.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in building services or facilities management will be an advantage.
Relevant BCA Academy qualifications will be a strong advantage, such as:Specialist Diploma / Advanced Certificate in M&E Coordination Supervision & Coordination in M&E WorksGreen Building Operations & MaintenanceDiploma in Mechanical Engineering (Green Building Technology)
