Marketing Product Specialist (OPTICS MNC/East) - up to $6500 #HAO

Working Days & Hours: Mon - Fri office hrs

Product Management & Strategy

• Market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and technology trend assessment

• Defining product positioning, pricing strategy, and portfolio roadmaps

• Translate market and customer needs into clear product requirements

• Forecast and plan to support demand planning and sales strategy

Technical & Application

• Technical understanding of optical microscopy systems (e.g. Confocal, TIRF, Super-

Resolution)

• Design system configurations based on customer applications and requirements

• Understand of workflows, applications, and performance trade-offs

• Validate products, configurations, and technical specifications

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Support pre-sales activities, including demos, workshops, and conferences

• Conduct requirement interviews and technical discussions with customers

• Support sales teams with technical advice and solution positioning

• Focus on value creation and customer satisfaction

Training & Enablement

• Deliver product and application training to internal teams and distributors

• Develop training materials, e-learning content, videos, and technical documents

• Design structured training programs for new product launches

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with HQ, factories, PM, Planning, Sales, and Service teams

• Collect and consolidate feedback from KOLs and customers

• Aligning global product strategy with regional market needs

• Collaborate across regional and global stakeholders

Job Requirements: Min Degree in any course w min 5 yrs of relevant experience, preferably in optics industry
