Kafka Developer & Support Specialist

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience working with Apache Kafka in enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience in both Kafka development and production support, including designing, developing, and maintaining Kafka-based solutions.
  • Strong background in supporting production environments, monitoring Kafka clusters, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high availability.
  • Experience with incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), problem resolution, and implementing preventive measures.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and support mission-critical systems with a focus on reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely issue resolution and continuous platform improvements.
