Admin & Marketing Operations Support – (12 months contract)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin &Marketing Operations Support Executive to provide administrative, marketing, and operational support to the leadership, sales, and marketing teams across Singapore and Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple activities, working with stakeholders across different countries, and supporting business operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense submissions.
- Support the planning and coordination of leadership meetings, business reviews, team events, and regional engagements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business updates for management.
- Assist with ad hoc projects, data analysis, and reporting requirements.
Regional Coordination
- Support regional teams across Southeast Asia with administrative and operational activities.
- Coordinate communications, timelines, and deliverables between country and regional teams.
- Assist in the preparation of regional reports, meetings, and cross-functional initiatives.
Marketing Operations Support
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate marketing events, workshops, and customer engagement activities, including venue arrangements and logistics.
- Develop and update marketing materials such as flyers, agendas, and event collateral in accordance with company branding guidelines.
- Liaise with regional and local teams to manage marketing materials and approval processes.
- Support marketing budget tracking and administrative processes.
Sales & Commercial Operations Support
- Prepare and maintain sales, market, and business performance reports.
- Coordinate vendor management activities, including vendor onboarding, purchase order processing, and payment tracking.
- Support inventory, sales reporting, and data consolidation activities.
- Assist with contract administration and renewal processes.
- Provide operational support for sales events, customer activities, and business initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, marketing support, sales operations, or a similar coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting regional teams and coordinating events would be advantageous.
Preferred Attributes
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience in vendor coordination, event management, or marketing administration is a plus.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
Location : Bugis – 5 days
Salary : S$4,000.00 - $5,000.00
