Marketing Executive

Job Summary

Looking for a Marketing Executive/Manager for Serviced Apartments/Residences to manage front desk operations, customer interactions, apartment reservations, and sales & marketing initiatives while supporting administration and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties to ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out processes
• Manage customer-facing interactions to deliver excellent service and resolve inquiries promptly
• Make and track apartment reservations to maintain accurate occupancy records
• Plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives to drive apartment bookings and revenue growth
• Collaborate effectively as a team player to support administrative tasks and management reporting
• Apply good knowledge of technology to optimize operational efficiency and reporting accuracy

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Preferably more than 2 years of experience in a related role
