Condo / Building Manager (MCST)

Job Purpose

Responsible for the overall management of residential or commercial properties under MCST, ensuring smooth daily operations, financial control, regulatory compliance, and positive stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and site performance

• Manage stakeholders including MCST council, residents, and tenants

• Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and expenditure control

• Manage contracts, vendors, and service providers

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safety standards

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Property Management or related field

• 3–5 years relevant experience

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
