Account & HR Executive

Premier Fresh Mart Pte Ltd is a fast-growing fruit distributor established in 2021. We’re passionate about bringing fresh, quality fruits to our customers and we are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & HR Executive to support both finance and human resource functions.

Working Hours

  • Mon–Fri: 10am – 7pm

  • Sat: 10am - 2pm (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

Accounts (AR & AP)

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations

  • Monitor incoming payments from customers and follow up on outstanding balances

  • Issue Statements of Accounts (SOA) when credit terms are due

  • Perform reconciliation upon receipt of payments

  • Process and key in incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness

  • Ensure timely payment of invoices and verify payment status in the system

  • Handle petty cash tracking and calculations

  • Maintain proper filing of invoices and supporting documents

Human Resources (HR)

  • Assist with payroll administration, including overtime (OT) calculation

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures

  • Track employee leave and attendance records

  • Handle work permit applications and related matters

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and best practices

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of accounting (AR & AP) and HR functions

  • Familiarity with Infotech system and MOM portal is an advantage

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and work independently

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
