Duties:
- Plan and schedule production to meet customer orders, delivery deadlines, and inventory requirements.
- Release manufacturing orders and monitor production progress to ensure on-time completion.
- Coordinate with Production to resolve scheduling issues, backlogs, and rework activities.
- Manage inventory levels for finished goods, raw materials, and work-in-progress (WIP) to support business and customer demand.
- Monitor excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory, and support inventory write-off processes.
- Plan raw material requirements and coordinate deliveries to support production schedules.
- Work closely with Customer Service on stock availability and order fulfilment.
- Collaborate with QC, Production, Purchasing, and R&D to resolve quality issues, support NCR investigations, and ensure timely product release.
- Prepare reports, maintain ERP system data, develop work instructions, track KPIs, and support audits and continuous improvement initiative
Requirements:
- Min Deg in Logistics or any relevant educational qualifications
- Proficient in MRP II and Microsoft Excel
