About Novyon Therapeutics

Novyon Therapeutics is a Singapore-based biotechnology company developing next-generation in vivo immunotherapies using targeted lipid nanoparticle delivery technologies. Our initial focus is on in vivo CAR-based therapies for oncology, with a broader vision to build a platform for repeatable, targeted, and scalable in vivo cell-programming medicines.

We are looking for a motivated and highly organized Company Operations Associate / Manager to support the company’s day-to-day operations, business development activities, fund raising preparation, and coordination with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work closely with the founders and acting CEO to support company-building activities across operations, IP licensing coordination, fundraising preparation, and external communications.

Core Responsibilities

Company Operations and Administration

  • Support day-to-day company operations, including scheduling, documentation, record keeping, and follow-up on action items.
  • Maintain organized company records, including agreements, investor materials, meeting notes, project documents, and confidential files.
  • Coordinate with service providers, corporate secretary, consultants, and other external parties as needed.

IP Licensing and Stakeholder Coordination

  • Support coordination with relevant stakeholders on patent licensing, technology transfer, and related documentation.
  • Track timelines, required documents, meeting outcomes, and follow-up actions related to IP licensing.
  • Assist in preparing simple summaries of the company’s technology, patent status, and licensing progress for internal and external discussions.

Fundraising and Investor Support

  • Assist the founder and acting CEO in preparing fundraising-related materials, including pitch decks, company summaries, investor briefing notes, and data room documents.
  • Help coordinate investor meetings, prepare meeting notes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Conduct basic desktop research on investors, comparable biotech companies, market trends, and potential strategic partners.

Business Development and External Communications

  • Support preparation of non-confidential company materials for potential partners, advisors, consultants, and investors.
  • Help maintain contact lists and track communications with external stakeholders.
  • Assist with other company-building activities as needed in a fast-moving early-stage biotech environment.

Additional Responsibilities Depending on Experience

  • Support more detailed market research and competitive analysis.
  • Assist with grant, partnership, or collaboration documents.
  • Help develop internal processes as the company grows.
  • Contribute to business planning, fundraising strategy, and partnership discussions under supervision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Immunology, Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow through on tasks independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working across scientific, business, legal, and operational topics.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a start-up environment.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Interest in biotechnology, immunotherapy, RNA medicines, venture building, or life science entrepreneurship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience in biotech, pharma, technology transfer, business development, investment support, consulting, venture capital, start-up operations, or research administration.
  • Prior exposure to intellectual property licensing, grant management, fundraising, investor materials, or company operations would be an advantage.
  • Scientific background in immunology, oncology, cell therapy, RNA therapeutics, or drug delivery would be helpful but is not mandatory.
  • Fresh graduates with strong drive, maturity, communication skills, and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
