Operations & Administrative Executive (Government Sector | 1-Year Contract)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations & Administrative Executive to join a government agency on a 1-year contract. In this role, you will support programme operations and day-to-day administrative functions, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure processes, documentation, and reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to compile, verify and maintain operational data and records.

  • Monitor programme performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports.

  • Ensure documentation is completed accurately and within required timelines.

  • Follow up with stakeholders on reporting requirements and administrative matters.

  • Support system administration, including maintaining user access and assisting with system implementation activities.

  • Provide administrative and operational support for projects, surveys and daily business operations.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Support office relocation activities, including coordination and digitalisation of documents.

  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma qualification in any discipline.

  • Good command of spoken and written English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Analytical with good problem-solving abilities.

  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
