Operations & Administrative Executive (Government Sector | 1-Year Contract)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations & Administrative Executive to join a government agency on a 1-year contract. In this role, you will support programme operations and day-to-day administrative functions, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure processes, documentation, and reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to compile, verify and maintain operational data and records.
Monitor programme performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports.
Ensure documentation is completed accurately and within required timelines.
Follow up with stakeholders on reporting requirements and administrative matters.
Support system administration, including maintaining user access and assisting with system implementation activities.
Provide administrative and operational support for projects, surveys and daily business operations.
Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Support office relocation activities, including coordination and digitalisation of documents.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma qualification in any discipline.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical with good problem-solving abilities.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
