• Basic Salary: S$5,000 – S$6,500 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities for: Contract Logistics Warehousing Transportation Freight Management
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers.
• Build, maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and support business growth.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations and presentations to prospective customers.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide effective logistics solutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
• Gather and share market intelligence, industry trends and competitor activities to support business planning.
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payment within agreed credit terms.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management review.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of business development or hunter sales experience in the freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, contract logistics, warehousing, transportation and supply chain solutions.
• Proven track record in acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
