HR cum Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities
•Provide administrative and human resource support to ensure smooth daily operations.
•Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
•Support employee onboarding by preparing and coordinating workstation setup.
•Manage office supplies, pantry inventory, stationery, and administrative purchases to ensure sufficient stock levels.
•Manage procurement activities through local suppliers, vendors, and online platforms such as Taobao and other e-commerce marketplaces.
•Maintain procurement records, purchase documentation, and supplier databases.
•Assist in organizing company activities, employee engagement programs, training sessions, meetings, and corporate events.
• Cover tea lady duties during her absence
•Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
•Minimum GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualifications
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
•Must be able to speak Mandarin
•Meticulous and good working attitude.
•Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
