Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings and record meeting minutes for planners
  • Issue delivery order before shipment (local and oversea)
  • Filing of project documents for Engineers
  • Maintain, organize, and update project files, contracts, and process documents.
  • Tally vendor's delivery order and update goods receive in system
  • Update and keep track of missing purchase order from customer
  • Process invoices with Finance Executive on tally documents number and prices

Requirements

  • Typically 1–3 years of experience in administrative roles or project support.
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and good verbal and written communication.
  • Team Player
  • Willing to learn
  • 5 days work week
