Key Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings and record meeting minutes for planners
- Issue delivery order before shipment (local and oversea)
- Filing of project documents for Engineers
- Maintain, organize, and update project files, contracts, and process documents.
- Tally vendor's delivery order and update goods receive in system
- Update and keep track of missing purchase order from customer
- Process invoices with Finance Executive on tally documents number and prices
Requirements
- Typically 1–3 years of experience in administrative roles or project support.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and good verbal and written communication.
- Team Player
- Willing to learn
- 5 days work week
