Key Responsibilities

1. Design Review & Compliance

Review electrical drawings and technical submissions
Ensure compliance with Singapore codes and healthcare standards
Identify design gaps and coordinate with consultants

2. Construction & Site Coordination

Conduct site inspections and attend technical meetings
Manage RFIs, site issues, and variation orders
Coordinate across mechanical, structural, and architectural teams

3. Testing & Commissioning

Support system testing and commissioning activities
Review reports and ensure issues are rectified
Participate in handover and defect management

4. Documentation & Regulatory Compliance

Maintain proper records and documentation
Ensure compliance with BCA, EMA, SCDF, and MOH requirements

Requirements

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
5–8 years of relevant project experience
Experience in healthcare or large-scale building projects preferred
