Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with applicants on required document submissions
• Handle inbound and outbound phone enquiries professionally
• Provide phone-based customer support and administrative assistance
• Perform general administrative duties including data entry, scanning, filing, and printing
• Prepare and manage documents such as invoices, delivery orders, and related paperwork
• Support logistics coordination and inventory management activities
• Assist with stock tracking and other operational tasks
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
• Possess at least A Levels or Diploma in any field
• Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
• Able to commence work immediately or within a short notice period
• Training will be provided
• Interested in gaining experience within the healthcare/medical industry
