Sea Freight Operation Assistant (3~6 months contract)

RECRUIT EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD.

To perform daily import operational activity (which includes follow-up with customer and origin).
Ensure all import processes are carried out in accordance with established procedures and instructions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure timely preparation of documents for customs clearance, inward permit applications, delivery order, packing list for import/export and third-party consignments in compliance with customer requirements and import/export regulations are met.
To prepare and provide accurate billing/invoicing to customers accordingly and as per schedule including COD customers.
To ensure to provide accurate information for GST and custom declaration.

Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sea freight import operations
Familiar with shipping and has knowledge of import procedures and customs regulations
