An established luxury retail brand is looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Supervisor to lead a high-performing boutique team. If you enjoy delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching team members, and driving sales performance, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the retail team to achieve sales and service excellence.
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and luxury client experiences.
• Monitor daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to maximize their potential.
• Support inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation standards.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Drive store KPIs and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, preferably within the luxury or premium retail industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
